Obese people have a pleasant face & Temperament. Face is the index, but it is only one tenth of the Human Body.
If you a teenager with over 50 kg (110Lbs) you are obese. If you are above 20 years old, measure your height in centimeter and weight in kilogram or pound. Height in centimeters – 100 is your required healthy weight in kilogram. For e.g., when you are 165 cm. you can be 65kg (143 Lbs). Ladies - women look gentle & pretty when they are 65-5 = 60kg.
Of course everybody wants to be elegant. Here’s a simple diet routine you can practice to bring down your body weight.
Day – 1
| 6 AM | 10ml water for every Kilogram of your weight (650 ml for 65 Kg. If you are 45 Kg take 450 ml water. 53kg,take 530ml. water in empty stomach. |
| 7 AM | Do some breathing exercise, have a cup of tea. |
| 8 AM | A cup of juice (1 Apple + 1 Carrot + 1 Beetroot ) |
| 11 AM | One cup White Oats |
| 1 PM | Fruits & Vegetable soup / Corn soup / Ragi malt |
| 4 PM | Gourd Soup / Celery + Beans Soup |
| 8 PM | Green Gram Paya. |
Day – 2
| 6 AM | 10ml water for every Kilogram of your weight (650 ml for 65 Kg. If you are 45 Kg take 450 ml water. 53kg, take 530ml. water in empty stomach. |
| 7 AM | Do some breathing exercise, have a cup of tea. |

| 1 PM | Chicken Soup / Porridge + 2 Slices Bread |
| 4 PM | Gourd Soup / Celery + Beans Soup / Tea |
| 8 PM | Chappatis, Onion Salad |
Alternate the diet schedule three times. You will enjoy a rewarding healthy trim YOU. Start eating your regular eats, but cut down fried items & meat for a month. Please do check your weight to authenticate the effect.
